How it works

1. Starting the pack

As soon as you have been instructed, you can login and fill in the client and property details on a simple, single-page form. As soon as you click Create, the Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and search provider receive an instant, electronic instruction.

2. Collating the pack

As the component parts of the pack become ready they will automatically be uploaded for you. Your client will be provided with login details to sign in and fill in the Sale Statement, Home Use and Home Contents forms, and so they can keep track of the status of their HIP. You can compile an interim HIP at any time once the pack has been started.

3. Compiling the pack

Once all of the constituent parts of the pack have been completed and uploaded, you can compile the HIP at a click of a button. A PDF pack will be automatically created, which you can download, print and email. The system will automatically send notification emails to the vendor and agent once the pack is complete to give them access to view the compiled HIP. You can even choose to notify the buyer so they can also login and view the finished pack.
