Keeping it simple

With Legal HIPs, there are no setup fees, no annual fees and no minimum terms. You simply pay for each HIP you create, and you can pass this on as a disbursement to your clients, meaning you can use the system at no cost.

One price, nationwide

The price is just £316.50 including VAT per pack, regardless of your location.

Each pack can incorporate your own branding and includes the following documents as standard:

• Home Information Pack Index
• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• Property Information Questionnaire
• Sale statement
• Official copies of the individual register and title plan
• Local authority (CON29) and Local Land Charges (LLC) searches
• Water and drainage enquiries
• Home Use and Home Contents forms

Additional documentation can be uploaded at no charge. For example, copies of the lease for leasehold properties.
