Welcome to Legal
HIPs
Legal HIPs is a brand new service from ConveyanceLink
designed to enable conveyancers to provide Home Information
Packs, whilst strengthening your partnerships with your referrers.

Legal HIPs
Legal HIPs is a scheme to allow you, the conveyancer, to
compile a Home Information Pack so that you do not have
to rely on 3rd parties to do it for you, and you can
ensure that the ongoing legal work for the sale is
managed by you.
Our priority is to ensure that you continue to get
the same referrals in a HIP environment, as you enjoyed
before the introduction of HIPs.
Once you are signed up to Legal HIPs, make your local
estate agents aware of the fact you can produce HIPs so
you can be sure that the referrals keep coming your way.
